JoinServer List Not-Scrolling Bug

Whenever I search the MasterServer for games I usual end up with about 26-30 servers,
however my JoinServer List can on visibly display 16 servers at a time and for some reason no matter what i set the scrollbar values to the scrollbars will not let me actually scroll down to see the rest of the servers.
I've tried messing with the scrollbar values ie. alwayson and dynamic, but it seems anything I do won't work.
