play in web not working with IE

hey all,

been trying to get the play in web feature to work

i'm using T3D beta 2 and IE6 on windows xp and after i package the project i try the "play in web" option and it does nothing except display the "get the plugin" image

anyone have this working in IE ? i tried it in firefox and it worked

I just upgraded to IE 7.0 and am still having the same problems ... anyone ?

now at IE 8.0 and still have the issue .....

I'm having the same problem (in IE7 and IE8). The plugin (built with Beta 2) works for Firefox fine.

For me, I think this is a problem with a function in sample.html (activexIsInstalled). After the plugin is installed, if I remove this function it loads fine in IE. I haven't followed this any further, and don't know much (anything) about VBScript, so I can't offer any tips on why it isn't working (on my computers).
