Need Input on content pack

Hi everyone,

As some of you have seen, I made a blog about a texture pack I've been working on. Link to Blog
I have had afew people inquire about adding dif's/.maps to the pack. My question is, what do people think about this idea. Should I add several dif's/.maps to the texture pack effectively making it not a texture pack and would cost alittle more, or have two separate versions.. one just textures and the other with textures and maps at a slightly higher price.

The dif's would be around this quality:

I would include as I said, the textures as well as the .map and dif files for people to use. While it would not be allowed to alter the textures, the difs/.maps could be changed however people wished.

Example of segments (red line indicated where two segment meet; .map images that are not complete):

So.. my question is, what do people think. Which would the community be more interested in.

Thanks guy's for you attention to this.

Wow these are actually pretty good. And they have the "future" theme in them, which is somewhat of what I am looking for. Is it just that one hallway, or is there going to be many more?

Many more. Those above are just for example. In fact the .map pics are areas not finished yet, but just to give an idea of what I am talking about.

My question is, which scenario would work best for people that I listed.

I think you should make it a regular content pack with models and textures, rather than just a texture pack.

These look awesome btw, keep up the great work!

i say two separate versions as not everyone is going to want the .map stuff you use as if they have to pay little more money for it and they don't want it or don't use it whats the reason to pay more for it. i like your textures though when i finish my first game i might make a game where i can use your textures. :P

you said we cant alter the textures though me i rather alter the textures to make them look little more unique so if someone makes a game using your textures and then i want to make a game using your textures the 2 games don't look the same.

@ Brandon
hmm.. good point. I'll consider this in reference to the textures.

Looks great, I would just package it all together. Less of a hassle for seller and buyer.
