Hey Guys,

With so many people evaluating the iTGB and having trouble ( like myself :-P) it would be nice to hear of people who have successfully submitted an application to the app store.

please feel free to list your games and brief descriptions of them here.

www.crudegames.com/linkimages/TGIntro.PNGTrampoline Girl is finally in the App Store, after an almost month long battle with Apple to get approved!

Thanks to everyone here who\'s tech support and code bits really helped me get this done. I really appreciate it!

She really does love to jump and do tricks. It\'s not my fault she\'s hot, really it\'s not ;-)

Visit her at the App Store (because we are still updating the web site).

Yeah! Our game is finally released on the iTunes App Store!

Made with iTorque 2D 1.5, the game/utility is titled

"Sagas : RPG Boardgame and Name Generator"

Although it isn't a terribly good game, it is, in our humble opinion, the best fantasy random name generator available for the iPhone.

Anyway, you can find it here:

Thanks to GarageGames and all those who helped!

@Watermark & everyone else.

Congratulations on your releases!

I am probably a month away from being ready to start the submission process myself.

It would be great if we had some blogs about some of your experiences: the time involved, relationships needed,, the loopholes, how you feel about the shipped product, what you would have done differently, what you did for marketing, etc. Hint, hint!

My first game "Pocket Rummi" is now released to the iTunes App Store. It was made with iTorque2D 1.5.

Pocket Rummi allows you to play Rummikub® against family and friends using the same iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch device.
Play this popular board game with up to 4 friends or family, or even just practice against yourself to fine tune your skills.

Thanks to all that have helped me out with my questions on the forums during the learning process. Hopefully this is just the first of many to come :)

no relationships needed :) (no need for bribery any Apple exec, if that was what you meant :) )

the most "difficult" part for me was the signing certificates and all the extra certificates that I don't even recall the name that are needed to submit the app; it took me a week of trial and error just to get the thing working; after submitting it, it took 3 days to get approved. :)

marketing: just started working on it.

Looking forward to see a preview of your game here :)

I've ported my Global Game Jam entry "The Last Flight of the Bumble Bee" to the iPad. It's available now for free on the App Store.

Download the game for Windows, Mac or iPad and get the source code here:
cokane.com/games/bumblebee/

Trailer on YouTube

The source code is released under a creative commons license, which means you're free to use it in your own commercial games if you wish. All that I require is a comment in the credits saying "Some code provided by Conor O'Kane - cokane.com"

The Super Dot Game is now available in the App Store. The first time I made this game was in 1993. Now, after many years of wanting to remake it with additional features, I finally have.

The Super Dot Game puts a few twists on the classic elementary school pencil-and-paper past-time of connecting dots to win the most boxes.

Had no problems with submission. It sat six days waiting for review. Then made it through review in about one and a half hours according to my email timestamps. Built on iTorque 2D 1.5. The only major change I did was the work-around for call stack issues by disabling PUAP code.

Our second iTorque game, Tales of Sorceria 1: The Mad Doctor is finally available in the App Store! The game is a classic 4 Heroes Save World JPRG that is like a shorter version of Final Fantasy. The engine used is iTorque 1.5. Details about the app can be found here:

wmrpg.weebly.com/sorceria.html

The game took almost two weeks to go through Apple's review process. Maybe Apple's staff actually took the time to beat the entire RPG? Wow. Anyway, we're proud we finished our first commercial RPG game. Happy gaming!
