Can't Access The TDN...?
by David Taylor · in Torque Developer Network · 11/16/2008 (2:38 pm) · 85 replies
For the last few days, I've been trying to gai access to the TDN. If I try, I get taken to the following link: http://tdn.garagegames.com/wiki/&needLogin=1
There, I am asked to log in, even though I'm clearly logged in here. So I click on the login button, and the browser spents quite a while loading, before showing a blank screen at this link: http://tdn.garagegames.com//wiki/reply.php?result=1&id=60533&time=ec272714977bce307ad7332bbc69b2c6&hash=e336324dacde1f85ede7c424e11b829d
There are things that I really want to access at the TDN, but I'm not sure what I've done wrong. Can anyone help?

Last time it was down it was down for like 5 days. I sure hope it's not down that long again. Having access to documentation is pretty critical.

I'm sure it'll be back up soon, but I sure hope all the links are the same after this site update. We would be crippled here in our classes if so...

We are working on fixing the 404 as I type this. I will let you know as soon as it's back up.

Is there a reason why the forums here seem to be dated November 2008? Not to mention the clocks are way off for the time stamps.

That would be because someone pulled up a old thread and just continued on with it instead of making a new thread for this issue.

Working on it now and making some progress. Hopefully won't be long, we want to get it fixed ASAP (and we know you do too).

I would have hoped to see it fixed by now, but at least it's good to know you're on it :)

Yeah this is terrible. My project is on a stand still until TDN is brought back up.

@Christopher - Is there anything specific that you are looking for? Perhaps one of us has a file or the knowledge to help.

@jotek29 - Hmmm...Try signing out completely from GG, delete your cache and cookies, sign back into GG, then try and log into TDN.I'm able to get in right now, and I know a few others are as well.

I'm brazilian, and TDN it's not working even with the suggestion posted in the second post above this. I also can't purchase anything from the site (its keeping me from upgrading to pro for days, wich is driving me crazy).

I still can't log into the TDN either. I've cleared my cache and cookies and the problem persists. I've also tried using different web browsers and computers all to no avail. Since we're throwing down our locations I'm in the US.
