V12 bsp performance

Hopefully this hasn't been mentioned; I couldn't find it with the search.

How is the performance of the V12 engine when it relates to geometry created with worldcraft. Lefts say I create a nice flat piece of terrain for a city and I make some skyscrapers, and other various buildings. Then I create a street with these buildings...what impact will it have on performance?
