Maya2008 Crashes on Export

On EVERYTHING. The moment i hit "Export Shape" and "Export Sequence", or if i hit "Export..." and choose a file name. BAM. Crashes.

Im using the appropriate maya2dtsexporter, and ive followed every workaround involving file placement and icon management. Its still crashing.

Any ideas at all on what may be causing this?

(ps. im using Vista if that makes any difference)

K i havent done anything but use the normal Export... button, this is what i get now:

Hi Kyle!

at first post u have an error - NO BOUNDs FOUND
that means that u forgot create bounds shape for scene
bounds u can create selecing mesh, than press "create bounds" at dts utility toolbar
or just creating box that, will be big enough to include inside your mesh, than change name of this box to "bounds" and go to mesh -> triangulate....

at the second time u forgot to place "dtsScene.cfg" file into folder where you want to export your mesh

about all of those things you can read here
