Anybody knows how to use events with animations, like in half-life ?

when i am animating something, robot leg for example, i want automaticaly play "servo" sound at needed keyframe

any thoughts how i can do this?

I'd also like to know the answer to this. There is a part of mesh i'd like to deform for weapon storage on mechs and i need a sound when it's activated. If no one answers, i'll ask the guy who i'm working with in the morning since he has the torque license and does the programming.

You can setup triggers during animation. you'll need to check your dts exporter for more information.

already done that... RTFM sometimes helps a lot :)))

you can setup triggers in your sequence properties by using keyframes (in 3dsmax)
