What Engine and components to buy??

Hi all
I have a question regarding what Garage Game engine to use to bring my game to fruition.
http://www.garagegames.com/makegames/ I would need in order to develop my game.
The game I am currently developing is called Red Crucible and my team and I are testing Unreal3, but are seriously considering switching to Torque instead. Our game is strictly an online multi player, somewhat arcadeyish, 3rd person PC shooter. Also, most of the elements in the environment have to be destructible to some extent. At this point all of the game content is complete, and ready for the right game engine.

I am still somewhat confused with Garage Games engines, and what each engine and or component is for. So, can someone please tell me, if you were making a game like this, what Garage Games engine and or components would you use. What do I need to buy?
Remember, I have land vehicles (both tracked and wheeled), amphibious vehicles, helicopters and foot soldiers with a multitude of hand weapons. So in other words, this is not a 2D game, and will need advanced shader support.
Thanks

I would say if you have the money for Unreal 3, get it.
I haven't seen any updates on TGEA in a while, since the the announcement of Torque 2.

We are, games and film industry experienced artists and animators, but currently lack a good coder. We might consider teaming up with another small studio or individual engineer to help us finish the demo. If you are interested in chatting, email me.

Well, we are planning to release a "free" - small- MOD/demo of the game. Of course the actual game will be a pay-to-play product, but the question is what engine to use...We are, games and film industry experienced artists and animators, but currently lack a good coder. Whats the latest news on Torque 2?

EDIT:
I just thought I should add that the 9month time was an estimate a bit ago. Depending on the state of the engine, the transparent development framework for the web, alpha/beta testing, etc...it could be longer or shorter.

It won't be out for around 9 months or so. If you have a project now, use TGE/A. If you feel like waiting around for several months without doing much of anything except dreaming about your project, then wait for T2.EDIT:

Well, I missed it. And it looks like what a lot of developers have been looking for, especially the 99% TGE compatibility part.

I was coming back to post about that. It wasn't up when I posted my comment.

Everything else depends on what your goal is. Is this going to be a mod, a free game, or one for profit. Also, how accomplished are your mates at coding.
