MINOR BUG during folder creation

I was setting up a project tree and noticed there is a small bug during folder creation. I am using the latest beta v1.1.130.
This is reproducible for me 100%.
1. Create a new folder and name it.
2. Create a new folder underneath that one.
The new folder does not show up however it IS created. Performing various actions on the first folder (such as renaming or adding a file) will cause it to be refreshed and display. Creating more folders will not cause it to be updated.
I think a refresh call needs to be made on the list after folder creation.

If you expand a folder in the directory browser then hold shift, click the first file, then click the last file, it will move the selection down one.
For example, if you have have files 1.txt through 10.txt, hold shift, select 1.txt, then select 10.txt, only 2.txt through 10.txt. In order to get it to select the contents of the entire folder you have to hold shift and click on the folder name itself, then click the last file in the list.
