2d artist for a commercial PDA rpg

I need a 2d artist(s) to create levels and characters for a topdown 2d tile game for the Zaurus PDA.
The pay is royalties but the biggest reward is having a commercial game on your resume that was completed in a very small ammount of time. Legal Software is needed. (The Gimp can be used and its free)
Here is a snapshot of my current test level running in the emulator. (As you can see programmer art is bad...even in small 2d pixellated versions)
