Regarding the Torque and Wii announcement

I read the press release that GG and Pronto Games announced the availability of Torque licensing for the Wii console.
Why are things quiet on the Garage Games website itself regarding this? There are not many details, there is not even a link in the Developer store that has any information speaking about this, which makes me assume that this Torque and Wii thing is still being figured out.
I was wondering if a GG employee could give any details to us folks here at the website, things don't seem to be totally clear as to what's going on. Is this a license for indies or big studios with big bucks?
