Head/face tutorials

I've been searching all night for a good tutorial on how to model a head in 3d max 9.
Does anyone know where I can get one for free. Some of the ones I've tried leave out steps.
I've tried Poopinmymouth.com, but I can never get the download. The server says bandwidth exceeded.

Also If any know where I can get some tutorials that are a PDF or not a video it would be a great help.

My site only goes down at the end of the month, and to compensate, there are now torrent files up at all times, even when the html link is down. Try it now.
