TGEA doesn't work

I've reloaded a new copy of TGEA and the demo doesn't work; it just shows a pink screen. Also the terrain painter doesn't work either. I know it not my computer. When I load a new mission it gives me black terrain so I go to paint it and it doesn't display any color.
