That's not stupid at. It is short for prefabricated. This is used in reference to homes that are built at the factory in pieces that can be assembled at the construction site.

In our case this refers to prebuilt goemetry that you can just drop in your map. Constructor coomes with four prefabs, stack of crates, crate, wall segment and wall with stairs, located in the third tab down under the Tools section. This is by default in the upper left corner just below the menu bar.

Once the arch tool is finished this prefab will be of no use but till then it is very useful
