Just a freindly reminder about the tags that are available.
Learn how to use the url tag when posting links.
there is a little link at the bottom right of every message window that explains how to use the tags.
there are tags for quotes, and most importantly URLs
That or GG needs to put automatic url detection and encoding in the messages.

with the () replacing the [] for obvious reasons
When people post links without using the tags they are reducing the chance that someone might actually try and follow the links because of the manual labor involved.
Especially when it is a "i need help" type post and has like 10 links to files or what not.
Personally I just skip right over non-tagged links unless they are "must have" things

When posting a new topic, take a little extra time and effort when creating the title for your post.
Why? Because the search engine only searches the title of each posting and not its contents. So by spending a little more time and taking care with what you use for a title, you will make it easier for people to discover your post when performing a search in the future.

What happened to the page the explained what tags can be used to post to the GG forums? I am trying to put an image in my posts.

I would like to see a tool bar for the tags. Where you can highlight something and click on a tags button and it's surrounds it in tags. Or you can just click on the tag button and it puts the tags in there. Like in TDN.
