TGE 1.4.2 related stuff not accessable for TGE 1.5?

While doing research on AI in TGE I just realized that I, as owner of TGE 1.5, can not access the TGE 1.4.2 stuff.
Especially this one http://www.garagegames.com/index.php?sec=mg&mod=resource&page=view&qid=10278 was something I was really interested.
Am I doing something wrong, is the system just broken, am I meant to be punished for not buying the old one? (don't think so :) )
(I'm new to TGE, but own TGB for long time where similar issues prevented access to Torque Script stuff just because it was posted in the TGE part instead a Torque generic part and similar)

Interestingly enough, it is completely done in script rather than engine changes.
