SLI problems

Hey guys.
I have a beta tester who's crashing with SLI turned on, but working fine with it off. Any info on this being a standard TGE issue? Here's his specs for info.
Intel 940, 2Gb DDR2 RAM, AsusP5N32-SLi, 2xGeForce 7600GT 256Mbs a Creative ZS soundcard
