Well, I should say casual games are already a big part of the industry, probably soon to get much bigger.

the plans I have for post RTS TLK merge in process
thats the RTS 1.4 build already in RTS forums
we have plans for a casual style demo
with players having offline actions
as well as online
to demonstrate it is possible to have a Real Life
a job a family and still play an online game
after years of MMO's that promise but dont deliver
many people are returning to casual play styles
those new to market still find the graphics audio
sheer numbers of players etc exciting
but seasoned players seem to migrate faster and faster
with each new release
simple truth is its getting boring
