Chopped messages?!??

Hey

Did something change the last 12-24 hours on the web?

This thread:

suddenly got all its messages chopped. The first time a non-US character is used, the message is chopped from that point.

Yeah, it hacked my name up because the nickname settings and my last name has an apostrophe in it. I had to remove those and change the nickname to double quotes... somebodies been messing with something behind the scenes clearly >.>

The cropped pages you are seeing are a result of the database upgrade preformed on April 30. The pre-launch testing of the upgrade did not turn up any of these anomalies so this came as a complete surprise to us. I have identified the cause and in the process of patching up the effected database records.

Please post (or email me) all links which exhibit this problem here so I can verify they have been corrected.

Yeah - seems some of the new stuff that is being added has the problem. So maybe more wrong than initially thought?
