Site Update March 10

Upgraded the forum, marketplace and project areas to use the newer session handling access in recent builds of PHP. This should remedy the divide by zero problem some were seeing in the forums as well as server other minor issues.

I touched about 60 files! So if you discover any bugs please let me know ASAP.
