Crossbow.max corrupted
by Stefan Lundmark · in Torque Game Engine · 01/08/2006 (2:51 pm) · 8 replies
I can no longer open crossbow.max in my 5.1 version at home, and not in the 7.0 version at work - either.
Saving a recover file from the crash in MAX gives a crossbow model without it's body.

I am not able to open the "Crossbow.max" in 3dmax5. It shows me an error message "an error has occurred and the application will now close". So can any one tell me the problem. And this is made with which version?"

If I have time this weekend I will finish converting all the CVS Max assets to Max 5 thru 8 and send them over to Joe at GG for inclusion in the CVS so these problems won't occur anymore.

No, my time has been incredibly short at the moment due to work and moving. Hopefully this weekend (since its a long weekend here in Canada) I can get some time spent on it.

Do you think you could send me the crossbow.max and I'll host it on my site for anyone else who wants it until you get some time. Email in profile.

No, the files are GarageGames' and as such they will go to GarageGames for them to host via their CVS for TGE licensees.
