Ice and Snow Shaders

I want ice and a snow shaders that work in the TSE. How much is it going to cost me to get someone to do this for me? Here are examples of what I want for ice and what I want for snow. The most important thing about the snow is that it is clean and just awe inspiring to look at. It has to reflect the sunlight. This could be a normal map and texture mix with specular. It may not need a shader made. The ice on the other hand does. I want an ice shader that I can make a few different color versions of. Or that is effected by a light for color or something. See how there is clear and then aqua and blue versions. Each would be good. I can use a normal map to get the scratches and stuff on the surface of the ice for models with scratched ice like the ice hills below.
This is for my innertubing game and now that I have a collision and vehicle solution I am ready to take and pay for the next steps to make this game.

Just interesting.. but rendering in 3d stills vs realtime in TSE big difference.
Atlas should be able to make a descent looking snow base.

Not a great video, but it works.

Not a shader, but I was able to make something pretty ice-like for MarbleBlast Ultra with the standard TSE material system (normal maps, specular, cubemaps, two pass diffuse texture with transparency)Not a great video, but it works.
