Newsletter & Form changes

Added a site newsletter management page. You can find a link to it on your MyGarage page (left side menu). So you can guess whats happening next :)

Also made a few changes to the form processing code used by the Snapshots, snapshot comments and the new newsletter signup page.

As usual if anyone has anny problems please let me know asap!
