IGC 2005 Videos

I've uploaded a couple of videos for you poor souls that could not attend IGC 2005. It was truly a blast and you should do what you can to make it next year. It's well worth it.
So far I have these three uploaded. I encourage you to get the low quality ones (they are really not that bad!) as the servers are heavily loaded and lots of people are having timeouts half way through when getting the big ones.
IGC Keynote - low (48 kbps / 25MB)
Game Production on the XBox 360 (150kpbs / 66 MB)
Advanced Lighting: Illuminating Your Game (350kbps / 157MB)
So What's Next? Marketing Your Game from the Other Side (48kbps / 24MB)

Any chance someone will put up a torrent? It would be good for a file like this I think.

It was hard to hear the people sometimes since it seemed to be a shared environment with other presentations :(
[edit]Oh, and turn off the darn monitors behind the guys so that everything won't be so dark ;)

Cool. You know, next year, perhaps the GG guys could provide some video feeds from the computers they use for their presentations. Mix that in with an audio feed from the presenter, and you have a great resource. It was hard to hear the people sometimes since it seemed to be a shared environment with other presentations :(

I've tried dozens of download attempts on the keynote address mirrors, #1 through #9. It times out between 40% to 80% every time.

Seeing all the download issues above, if you want to be a mirror when I have them ready, email me at the address in my profile and I'll give you access before I post the links publicly.

I did record Friday's GG kick off as well as the keynotes and some sessions, however I just got home last night since I stayed for the Torque Boot Camp and haven't had a chance to work on them. I'll work on converting them this weekend and try to start posting them.Seeing all the download issues above, if you want to be a mirror when I have them ready, email me at the address in my profile and I'll give you access before I post the links publicly.

Awesome... thanks for all the effort, I'd be more than happy to mirror them for you (about to drop you an e-mail)

Also I have posted some lower quality versions that are significantly smaller. I didn't do the lighting one because it was hard enough to hear and compressed smaller it was really crappy.
