Nothing, its for free for the time being. But you would get a % of sales if we sell the game here at garage games.

You think you're going to get an experienced texture artist and programmer to jump up and teach you and build your game for you, becuase you showed off a screensoht with nothing more then a placeholder model and stock TGE features ?
Not to be rude, but have you thought about what youre asking for ?

No offence. But woopdie doo. Who cares. You don't even have a game. There is about a 0.01% chance of making profit off of this.
Not trying to offend. Just being honest.
If you can't offord to contract out your needed work (see Joshua Dallman's .plan as an example) then do it yourself, or find some inexpereinced people to help.
No experienced person in there right mind is going to build your game for you.

You might want to run a spell checker over your posts as well.

Again I see to many of these posts in other forums... But I AM willing to help... I AM NOT very experienced. So what might take someone with the experience 5 hrs could take me a day or two. But at least you wont be stuck doing it all alone :P

Hey, I'll be happy to help. I don't have much experience. And Chris is right. My brother in Law just graduated with a BS in Computer Science... He has to change his IM/Email bi yearly to avoid the I got a great game idea post. These people didn't spend 4 years in college to work for free. And people who are self taught, have better options if they have skills. Really a degree is not required in the industry, it just helps. You need to know the material and have at the very least now 3 years experience. If you can show your work, and prove yourself in tests issued to test your skill.. You got a job. But the point is no one, and I do mean NO one that has the skill you ask for would do it for free. They might do it for royalties if there is a business plan laid out, and investors willing to cough up the money needed to market the product. They want to see a plan, and commitment from your part..Again I see to many of these posts in other forums... But I AM willing to help... I AM NOT very experienced. So what might take someone with the experience 5 hrs could take me a day or two. But at least you wont be stuck doing it all alone :P

Maybe you should try to start a team of people with similar experience as you to create something as a way of learning and gaining experience.

Good luck on your project though, I would love to see a Kick butt Paintball game out there!

I'll try not to be as harsh as the others, but you might get a little better response if you asked nicely for people to join your team instead. Also starting the post off with 'Ultimate Indie Team' is a little on the arrogant side(unless of course your Independently developing a new Ultimate Frisbie game, for which the name would be perfect) and it will turn a lot of people off right away as some of us also have indie teams and to say yours is the ultimate in a way says that ours isn't :)Good luck on your project though, I would love to see a Kick butt Paintball game out there!
