How come...

.. I get a Forbidden 403 screen nearly every time after I post a reply or anything on these forums?

I get it too now, and whenever asking to sign in, in always redirects to home page, so i have to find post/resource again.

With what browser? I use Mozilla 1.6 and 1.7 and it works fine

Nup nothing is changed. I use IE 6.
It's not a big issue, just wondered how come it does that.

Just as a reference point, I am not having any issues with Win98, decently up to date hardware, no changes to my environment, IE 6.0.xx with no major configuration changes. I did install the latest (last week?) security patches as part of WinUpdate.
