[Question] Who owns the Earth Siege / Star Siege IP?

Hey Garage Games,

I am just curious who owns the Earth Siege and Star Siege IP? Is the source code still around for those games?

I am asking as I would like to see these games remade and back on the market preferably GOG.com and Steam. :)

    Hi-Rez Studios. You will notice they have already made a game called Tribes Ascend.
