Can we get a picture of how you set up the materials?
Looks like it is just a matter of the detail texture not showing.

The fact that I did everything by the lesson. Here are screenshots

Where is the problem?

Ok, increase your detail size and distance settings to suit your taste - something closer to 15 Size and 250 distance should look better, but tweak it until you like it

Richard, I changed the size and distance, but the result does not change.

There are a lot of points I could talk about here, but really too lazy to bother. What I will say is that the Strength value for your detail levels shouldn't be above 1.0 (50 is just crazy!). Try it at 0.5 for starters.

The only other thing I'll mention is that splat maps (masks) should have 3 colour channels: Red, Green and Blue. Not 3 different red channels. Try making a single image utilising all three colour channels.

I think he is reffering to, that his detail maps do not show up on his terrain, his layer maps seem to have worked, it does not matter that much what values you enter, you would see at least something happen in the map, but here you don't.
Maybe he has some graphics (card) problems.

Duion made me think to ask this:

Are you working on a laptop? T3D does not officially support mobile graphics chipsets, though it seems to work well enough on many of them.

And updated drivers might clear it up, but that's a long shot....
