How should a Game Admin deal with badly behaved players?

Lets consider lots of the bad behavior that happens in games What kinds of things do you think should be done to deal with the following kinds of bad behavior:
Moderately Bad
1. Cursing, Insults, Profanity and general other bad language.
2. Noob hunting
3. Mini Modding
4. Dating in game
5. Abusing the report system by reporting players for extremely small things or nothing at all.
6. Begging for gifts and help in game.
Very Bad
1. Hacking and Exploiting Glitches
A. The that allow a player to gain significant advantages in the competitive parts of the game.
B. The kind that allow a player to disrupt gamplay for others.
C. The kind that allow players to get to places they could not
D. They kind that allow players to get around game currency.
E. Stealing Accounts
2. Asking for personal info(credit card number, full name, password etc)
3. Trying to hook up with people in game for sex outside of game
4. Threatening players claiming to be staff, or will hack or something like that.
5. Sharing accounts
6. A person selling their account on web.

So ya. What do you think should be done in situations like these? Do not need to answer all of it though it would be appreciated.

How you define your game's licensing agreement is your own decision to make, you just need to be careful when you do make your agreement that you include termination & punishment clauses stating what powers your game administration is allowed to use. Doing so without a licensing agreement holds bounds for legal action taken against you.

@Robert, thats good to remember, Always state your Licencing Agreement at least once when there logging in/registering etc. and if you change it you must notify them :-)
