There I can take Toolbox?

I am a newbie and I have a question. So now I`m reading a documentation and it says about toolbox, but I can`t find a link to download it. I have downloded Binary and the only feature I have is a Project Manager.
But I want to have Toolbox.

The project manager is the re-packaged MIT version of Toolbox I believe.

Hmm, but Toolbox and Project manager have different functionality as far as I understand.So Toolbox provides in addition: 1) Project Information 1.1 World Editor 1.2 GUI Editor 1.3 Open Folder 1.4 Edit Source 1.5 Play Game 1.6 Play In Web 1.7 Torsion 1.8 Clean-Up2 Adding Quick Links3 Package ProjectFor me Toolbox and Project manager are different things

The Toolbox was exclusive to the paid license for Torque 3D. The Project Manager for the MIT version is missing features, but will be the actively developed tool for T3D. As far as I know, others can contribute to the project manager code.

All those features in 1) are just stuff you can do from your OS (e.g. 'edit source' just opens the VS project for you) or from the game itself (e.g. 'world editor' just runs the game and opens the editor). 2) is again just adding links to applications that you could run from the start menu. 3) is the real feature loss; now you have to find your own way to package a project. However there is plenty of installer software out there.

One more stupid quesion... It is possible to download binary and source, but I don`t understand the difference. For me source has the same files as a binary... Would you possibly be so kind to explain me the difference.
