Engine crash when the PlayerData datablock doesn't have a model.

If you use a custom PlayerData datablock that has no 3D model, the engine will crash.

Yeah, you'll have that....

I can't decide if I prefer it this way or not. I suppose it doesn't really have to crash - a more graceful recovery would be nice. You can always make a transparent box and use that for the player model....

I'm just pointing this out because... i spent 4 days trying to figure it out and it gives no helpful information as to what exactly happened.

If not a graceful recover, at least a message in the log/torsion output before commiting suicide :)

i think,i saw a pull request on github to fix it.do a look on pull requests.
may be it is already fixed for 3.0
