This is a blogpost that was sent to me in SecondLife and i thought it brought some very interesting points about detailing in video games, but also the "detail bloat" i have seen in secondlife since a long time ago.

It also present a tool that might save some time to those who use hammer editor for mapping :)

Enjoy the reading everyone :)

And here is also the "official" article on greeble, because why not :)

Just a helpful tips to make things easier for us lazy, lazy game devs :)

You can type in [ url ] http://www.whatever.com [ / url ] so that the link will be clickable.

Check out the reference by clicking 'MarkupLite is Enabled' just above the area you write your posts in.

Pretty interesting article about Joiner, though!

Yeah, it's these primitive forums - been around for ever and we don't want to upgrade because we'd lose all of this good stuff!

I still think they should upgrade the forums and leave an archive available for reference. But I know that Zach is probably overloaded right now anyway....

As for the article, it'd be awesome to write a script set for the editor that would generate stuff like this using the sketch tool.
