Level designer for T2D

Hello everyone, my name is Terra and I'm looking for some people to help me finish the 2D platformer I have been working on. I need another good level designer if I want to release on time. We are using the torque-2d Kit and our own custom behaviors.
Things I need the level designers to do:
Make level
Test level
Fix bugs in your levels
Be a team player
Work with feedback
Payment.
What I'm offering is a % of game sales with a max of $100,000 a year for 2 years after you stop working for us. Meaning if you want to help out with future projects you will keep getting % from this game. This is until you decide to part ways with us then the 2 year count down will start.
The level designer Would get 1% for each level created (that Includes fixing it after bug / alpha /beta testing).
