Looking for Blender Modeler

I'm currently looking for a experienced 3D artist that uses Blender. I currently have a 3D artist that is creating the models but they are using Maya. I don't have a license and can't afford one. I would like to find someone that uses Blender and has experience with Torque 3D. I need that person to import the models into Blender and set them up for Torque 3D then export them out. I would also like for them to be able to create animations for the models. This is a paid job but please keep in mind that I'm self funded so I don't have a endless budget.
