Cubemap poppping after driver update

I just upgraded my machine and installed the latest Nvidia drivers version 310.61.
I noticed the sea looks different now and when I change the angle of view sideways or up and down the cubemap pops on and off sometimes it's full reflection, sometimes cubemap. I tried unchecking occlusion query in scattersky settings which had some sort of effect but didn't seem to solve the problem permanently, any ideas?
Full reflection

I got this one from EVGA and it didnt say anything about beta but you're right it's marked as beta on the Nvidia site.

Isn't 306.97 the latest stable release?
