I'm sure most have seen the kickstarter for this by now?

Looks cool, with a lot of support from well known game engines, it also mentions it'll come with a demo of Unity and UDK's integration.
Why doesn't GG get in on the act and start showing their hand at Kickstarter projects like this to get some more exposure? Features like this a cool in any case.

GG and Torque3D hasn't got great PR at the moment which is a shame.
There are many possibilities out there and things like this and kinetic draw people in because its interesting and new.
So far for the Oculus Rift we have 26 days left, and 4,197 people are going to get one with Doom 3 BFG Edition, a build of UDK and Unity supporting it.
This is a lot of potential customers surely?

Yeah but the annoying this with the community working on things like this it isn't standard nor does it get the engine out there with some good PR.GG and Torque3D hasn't got great PR at the moment which is a shame.

Yeah why NOT!:)
This really is going to be a game changer. Even if these guys dont get it right then some is going to. I blogged about something similar to this a while back. With an accelerometer and video glasses things seem pretty real. Also, with the kinect you can get real time positioning of your body. This will be completely awesome.
I think it is going to be up to the community to get anything out of the GarageGames Engine.
