New Game Concept Needs New Game Studio

Hello.
I am currently working (between WoW and Diablo 3)on a new game concept.
A concept that I am pretty sure is kind of new. Well, some of the ideas have been around for quite some time, but not put together in the way I see it.
My wish is to be part of setting up a new game development company that can take on this incredible task.
I am however from and living in Norway, but that does not mean the company is to be based here.
The concept in short:
- MMORPG (Sandbox)
- Ghosts vs. Investigators
- Majority of content is made by the players/community (quests, items, gear, houses etc)
- The game interacts with various media such as smartphones, the game's site, social media
If anyone is interested in this project, please send me an email.
I am currently looking for people who knows how to run a company like this so it could be set up and running.
Thanks.
Best regards

There is no concept, there are no ideas, there is no documentation or even paper written mechanics. We all know the game just exists in his head.
The game he is talking about takes enormous amount of knowledge, time and finance. But why bother, give me the people who know how to run a company right now! And of course it is not paid since I still live with my parents and this is just a hobby whim, which will last a week at most.

@Vlad I - Please be a little more constructive and less acerbic.

@Sverre - My best suggestion is to get your idea written down in a design document ASAP. My guess is that the average length of a vertical slice for your game concept should be about 100 pages. That should be a good building block to figure out your requirements for design, art, tech, and business. Once you have that together, your offer might be taken more seriously. There are actually several good links on our site and on gamedev.net that explain documentation and team building.@Vlad I - Please be a little more constructive and less acerbic.

@Sverre I suggest you try working together with other people on their project first. That way, you can begin development on your game by yourself, making it more attractive for others to work with you.

It aint gonna happen.
If I got 1 penny every time I see these kind of posts on various sites I'd be rich beyond my dreams.

My few cents:
Go learn something useful, programming or art making. Go buy some books, attend game industry courses. With programming skills you may build up simple mechanics and test your grand ideas. Even square and circle characters would do.
If you learn some art you'd have a better opportunity to show whatever what you have in your mind to people.
A picture is worth a thousand words.
Many people here are indies and have 10 years background in game industry.
So come back with these grand dreams in 2-4 years to compete with Blizzard Ha-ha.
I have millions of ideas.
Remember ideas are cheap, the execution of them is hard.

The negative advice is usually the most useful one. Remember it , if you haven't learnt it so far.It aint gonna happen.

What are your qualifications? What can you do? Are you an artist, a scripter, a coder, engineer or anything else?
How easy is it to blend your concept with other peoples ideas or visions? If you want to start a studio with other people who are not your employees you will have to take their visions and ideas into account aswell. It is very hard to keep someone motivated if they are not working on something they believe could be really awesome or which they have wanted to make for some time.
