Its alternative multiplayer when use a game engine all day, and never click join server or host one.

Here is someting I wrote, I hope you find it amusing. I like the slashes, thats why they're there
They are not commenting in any sort of file I am useing.

// It is a hop hoppinin' here over at OwnandOccupy.com,
// I want to again spread the word of my Ultra Kleen Explosion Klan Pack
// Still don't quite know what to call it, but rest asured, I have been working
// quite a bit on the presentation and finally have a full music editor control.
// Yup, about an hours worth of the most bizzare psychadalic funk we could come
// up with. Wheeew.
//
// Wo, wo, before I loose you guys here, I should probably pause and introduce myself
// to the young lads, and reiterrate the mission statement to those I might have
// otherwise ___ My sincerest appologies. I did not have the monely flow to keep the old
// website going- like, that next month.
//
// I am a lurker.
// I have a decade old monstrosity, I work on just about all the free time I can
// get. Addicted to Torque Game Engine. If there isn't anything else..
// You'll have that. Own and Occupy. Thats pretty much the name of the game.
//
// So, the website, right now says something about an art show like 3 months ago.
// My family came to the oppening. And once again, never did get a download going.
// Blew off the curator with any lasting screenshots on the wall. The usual.
// My nephiew rather used the cool Mac computers and try to avoid looking at the
// painting of a naked half breasted woman with a stitched X.
//
// Clearly, people want more variation in what kind of art is shown around the area
// but all the people who would have downloaded the game were left without any
// information beyond what my fliers said, and something like "maybe a free download"
//
// Maybe a free download - is annoying.
// I keep working towards it, but never seem to arrive at it.
//
// Maybe I'll put up another post, maybe not.
// Some videos would be cool... I'd rather work more on my game than to make videos
// or update screenshots on an outdated website. What a pain.
// Somehow I am respsible for everything.
//
// Working on a good fireball explosion and erupting volcano base function
// is a two month process, plus all that other stuff I did way back in TGE1.7.
// Are you kidding me? Is that being too much of a perfectionist or is that why
// games only have like one or two good explosions sometimes when the scripting
// and music is extensive.
//
// I have some extensive instructions, and they are easily available. I believe
// them to be accurate and sufficient.
//

Right, what to do now. Seems more a thread for a forum. Anyone care to add anyting
I left out?

It looks like I need to update my profile too.
So the whole point here being - How do you go about determining when something is done, and how to give all the post production the attention that it needs without leaving the comfort zone in scripting?

When I need to answer this question, I usually put the product in front of another person. I let that person play through or use the tools, without any real guidance from myself. When they are finished, I then ask them what they thought. Does it feel finished? Was it fun? Where does it need improvement?

And if your an artist.. Your work will never be to your satisfaction (or so they say) so like Mich says get someone else to have a look..

I saw some old posts of yours a while back and was disapointed you never released anything.. glad your now planning to..
