Everything is going well. The game is half done at this point, thanks to a great developer that I found over at the Corona forums.
I'm using Corona SDK for this port. I really wanted to use Unity 3d, though.
A couple of things that you might find interesting.
-Corona SDK cost 349 a year.
-I had to drop a couple of multi-touch challenges in the game because not all android supports multi-touch.
-Performance wise - Corona is similar to iTorque (I could be wrong on this one)
-I'm looking at a February/March release date for the android version.
It's really too bad that torque doesn't have an android solution because I would of gladly spent the money on it. Note, Corona SDK and Unity are for both iphone and android. When I'm done with my current projects, as much as I like torque, I will probably move to Unity.
Game running on the android nook tablet.

Thanks for the update.
I considered doing a Android port of "Word Build" but:
1) not interested in learning another game engine, I am very happy with Torque.
2) definitively not interested in paying $349 *per* year for Corona SDK, no thank you :)
But I guess that in your case that was the best option; if you have a #1 top app, it's expected to have it in several platforms; and Android had a 50% year to year growth from 2010 to 2011; iOS dropped from 16% to 15%

Can you give some details about "Are You Quick Enough?" being ported or not to Android? Is it going to happen?
