I just found out about this and was going to post here. Looks like you already got it :) At that price, it is an amazing deal! I cannot build even the simplest looking cities myself anyway so this will be huge!

to be honest, city engine looks alot better and can also do building interior, detailed enough for FPS use, urban pad struck me as something more suitable to a top down rpg like neverwinter nights

At $30 bucks it is worth it as a toy that you end up never using.
Also, as I have been playing with it... This is the starting point for your random dungeon generator, lots and lots of emergent possibilities with this tool.
But like I said, the fiddle factor is very high. I was totally lost about how to use it until I watched their training videos on their youtube page.

I had never heard of it until I read this thread, and I downloaded the demo. Very high on the fiddle factor, and if you like to tinker like me, I would recommend it.At $30 bucks it is worth it as a toy that you end up never using.
Also, as I have been playing with it... This is the starting point for your random dungeon generator, lots and lots of emergent possibilities with this tool.
But like I said, the fiddle factor is very high. I was totally lost about how to use it until I watched their training videos on their youtube page.

Downloaded the Demo and it does take some tinkering. If you like Houdini this seems great! Can't complain about the price!Glen
