The only way I know of to fix this is to rebuild that part of the model in Constructor. Try not to create big flat pieces, these in my experience have the largest chance of going "soft" once imported into T3D, and try to stick to basic shapes as much as possible. Cutting holes in things, or slicing up pieces is a trial and error process as to what will appear solid or not.
You might try converting your DIF to DAE inside the T3D editor, reimporting the new DAE file, and then setting the collisionType property on the DAE model to "Visible Mesh"--DIF includes a collision (if the model is built right) automatically, but most DAE models need to have the property set in the editor.

Sometimes DIF models get "soft", particularly if you have many overlapping or large pieces in Constructor, or have used the vertex tools. Actually, it seems the prefabs are giving us some problems at the office. I exported a few simple pieces and they worked as expected, but when we put about 6 prefab wall sections in a line and exported them the result was not collideable. The solution was to export to COLLADA and then use the imported dts. Not optimal, but functional.

Please describe the issue further.
At least your in the forums... but the artist area would be better for this question still.
I'm guessing you need to check what type of collision your dif is set to.
Also maybe look in to getting a spell checker plugin for your browser or write up your questions first in some type of office application such as Word and make sure there are no red lines.
I too find spelling hard and spell checkers are my best friend. But I try my best to make sure others can read my questions. Communication is very important to ensure you get the answers you need.
So more detail and check the spelling. This will also help improve your spelling over time, practice makes perfect.
But welcome to the forums... All questions come here just try and put them in the right area for your question.
