3d models

This doesn't really relate to Torque but I figure I would ask here anyways. It seems a year or so ago I had seen a company that would take pictures and create 3d models out of them. Since I can't seem to find this anymore I was wondering if anyone knows of a company that will do this. For example I take pictures of my car, send them to the company and they take the pictures and create a 3d model.

I would guess most 3D artists would do this.

Might even be cheaper than a company.
