How much of the templates am I allowed to use?

Hello,
I'm new here, so I'll first tell you something about me:
My name is Daniel. I've dreamed of having a Torque license since the year 2000 when I played Tribes 2 for the first time. It was impressive with so many details no other game had (e.g. remote turret control or loopings with a flying vehicle). Now I'm a proud owner of a Torque 3D Professional license.
Now to my question:
I've read the license twice but I could not find anything regarding the templates and core-scripts which are delivered with the product. So how much of the "Empty" template and how much of the "Full" template am I allowed to use for my games? And what's with the core folder? Am I allowed to use those things in my projects or do I have to rewrite all torque scripts and shaders? I guess I'm allowed to use the core folder as the documentation says
but I cannot imagine that I'm allowed to use the scripts and things outside the "core" folder which are inside any of the two templates ("Empty" or "Full").
Regards,
Daniel

Matt, that includes models and textures? For example, adding some of the trees or bushes from the FPS example in my game?

Hell ... I didn't even know that. Learn something every day.
I wonder if the people from GMK, AFX, and UAISK can chip in here ... does that apply to you all too.

Licensee may not distribute demonstration and included spell effects, "AFX 2.0", textures, models, audio, any associated media in any form with the sole exception of products that directly use these effects in conjunction with "AFX 2.0".
which means that you can use all of the AFX spells, models, audio and textures in your project as long as it also uses the AFX core.
UAISK and GMK EULA's allow the use of any part of the kits as long as they are used in a torque based project.

The only restriction is that you can't use the included tools to build a "game maker" (something that competes with Torque) unless you have specific, written permission from GarageGames.
Enjoy!
