CLI has stopped working

I keep getting this message:
CLI has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is
available.
I never get any information how to fix the problem and a search here turns up nothing, was wondering if anybody else had this and if the knew how to fix it. Thanks in advance

Oh, I should have been more specific, sorry. This occurs when creating a new project. I don't believe the problem is specifically with the torque toolbox itself, but does occur when creating a new project and the solutions fails to be created.

Uninstalled T3D beta 3 and re-installed it and got the same error many times at the end when it ran generate all projects. I then ran generateallprojects.bat and got the following error:php.exe unable to locate component
This application has failed to start because php_pdo.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

CLI - Common Language Interpreter perhaps? Frighteningly, this sounds like a corrupt .NET assembly somewhere. However, after a quick Google search it appears that it is an error that occurs with PHP, MySQL and/or Apache under various flavors of Windows. Some reading shows several fixes of varying and dubious effectiveness.Sorry I can't be of more help.

Command Line Interpreter, I had an installation of PHP 5.x on this machine that I was no longer using. Uninstalling it resolved the issue, but I was able to post about it last night due to the website being down.

LOL - too much .NET programming for me, made me think of the CLR.
