[b3 bug] Long loading times when SSAO post effect is enabled - LOGGED

I understand the "hang" that happens when enabling SSAO on the fly: all material shaders need to be regenerated to take SSAO in account. However, I'm noticing a long freeze when entering in a mission when SSAO post effect is already enabled, which is eerily similar to the pause caused by enabling SSAO on the fly.
