3d models of wildlife animals

I'm building a "wilderness survival" game -- using Torque 3D for a class project. But I cannot find a decent set of 3D models for the animals ... that are ready to be plugged into Torque 3D. Plus they need animations ...
If anyone would be willing to invest their time, I'd return the favor by adding the scripting side of the deal and you could make it into a "animals pack" or such.
These are the animals I had thought might be in the setting (Mount Rainier national park setting)
(herbivores)
Elk
Deer
Rabbit
Squirrel
(predators)
Bear
Wolf
Fox
With the following animations;
idle - standing still
walking
running
dying
(and if possible)
resting/lying down
alert - standing still, looking around
fighting - elk/deer rearing & kicking, bear roaring then swiping w/paw, others biting
Again, its just for a class project so I can't afford to offer much $$$ but would be happy to share the credit, etc.

I'm pretty sure you have some things in that svn that shouldnt be there, i'd recommend looking for a private svn solution

Thanks for the advice, but not sure what you mean about the SVN server. I don't have any torque code or such on there. My email is jeffyaskus AT studentemail DOT westwood DOT com, please elaborate so I won't be ignorant any more.

The artist was willing to export it in Torque format for no extra charge.
If anyone knows of other reasonable priced Animals(low or med poly) ... please let me know.

its also worth checking out turbosquid, some of the free models arent always what you want for games but youd be surprise what free and low priced models are there, for commercial use too which is always nice

It basically allows you to use Max's modelling tools whilst constraining any geometry you make to the surface of another high poly model, there's some nice videos of it on youtube.

I found a cheap 3dsmax plugin called Wrapit which makes it really easy to make some low poly models from scanned models or high poly models you can find for free download on the internets. It basically allows you to use Max's modelling tools whilst constraining any geometry you make to the surface of another high poly model, there's some nice videos of it on youtube.
