Water looks brown in dedicated server - FIXED

What would cause water that looks awesome in the editor to look brown and oily when in dedicated mode? What was the fix in B3, maybe I missed something in the client/server cuz the water looks like it did in all my levels after upgrading to B3. I had to replace all the water planes. The level is an exact copy of the one in the editor. I deleted all procedural shaders in the client to make sure that wasn't it.
EDIT: Found the problem, was missing a texture in core/art/water

I did a test in stock T3D B3 with water in dedicated mode and it looks fine so I've missed something in my client server set-up.
EDIT: Found I was missing some textures in core/art/water...doh!

That's all I did is replace all the water planes...make a note of the position, copy/paste and it only takes a minute for each level. But then you'll have to tweak other settings too I imagine, color, waves etc etc if you made changes.I did a test in stock T3D B3 with water in dedicated mode and it looks fine so I've missed something in my client server set-up.

You replaced the water planes is that all, did you change any other settings?
