Would anybody recommend this book?

Hello,

I'm a game art/design student looking to start creating a RPG game using Torque Game Builder to place in my portfolio.
I'm currently on a scavenger hunt for good resources to learn Torque Script from the ground up. The documents provide a good understanding of the engine itself, but not in Scripting I feel.

While hunting around I managed to find this book:
http://www.amazon.com/Game-Programmers-Guide-Torque-GarageGames/dp/1568812841/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1294322957&sr=1-1

Would anybody recommend this?
I was unsure whether or not it would be useful to someone using Torque Game Builder.

Thanks.

It's a great book. It uses an older version of tge, but torque script is the same throughout all the engines. It won't teach you about torque game builder, but it will teach you torque script.
There are some bugs in the code, but a search of this site will show you how to fix them.

I would highly suggest using Torque Script Interactive Tutorial. It is what I am using and has been wonderful.
