Using the Bravetree content packs

I purchased the "WarSparrow" model from the Bravetree content packs. I understand these are supposed to work with the Reaction Engine in addition to the Torque engine.
Keep in mind, of course, that I haven't gone too deeply into any documentation.
I loaded one of the .max files into 3d studio and then used the g3d exporter. The g3d file was created, but when I loaded it into the g3d viewer, it didn't seem to be missing a bunch of textures.
Am I missing some step? Is this an RTFM moment?
Thanks!

I just registered it this past weekend and downloaded it, so I presume this is version 1.2. I compiled it using Visual Studio .Net 2003. Just wondering: I was using 3d Studio Max 5.0 and the 5.0 version of the exporter. Did you test with that version? Thanks!

The RE installer is "RESDK_Installer1200.exe", so I am running 1.2 of the engine. As I mentioned before, I'm running 3d Studio Max 5.0. I tried both the 5.0 and the 4.0 version of the exporter, and I got the exact same result: a few textures (like the blue over the cockpit and some textures on the back fin), but most of the plane has no textures.
Just for testing, I reinstalled the RE SDK and I used the binaries that came with the thing (just in case my problems were due to compilation problems). Same result.
I also tried re-exporting the "Example Cannon", and it exported fine. I deleted (actually, renamed) the cannon.g3h file, in the event the presence of animations might have caused this problem: again, everything exported fine.
Finally, I re-saved the WarSparrow in 3d Studio Max (when I load the file, it would tell me that it is in an obselete format), and I reloaded it: just in case the problem might have had something to do with converting the .max file to 5.0. Same problem.
Thanks!

I'll get back to you shortly.

That is very interesting information. I do not own a copy of Max 5.0 ATM so it has never been tested on that version. I'll play around with the max version 3.0 and make sure it still exports under RE v 1.2I'll get back to you shortly.

I tried exporting to Torque, and the resulting .DTS looked fine. Okay.
Then, I tried something silly: I exported it to 3DS and imported it into Milkshape. NOW I saw what was happening!
See, one thing that didn't dawn on me (perhaps I was too tired) was that the shape of the WarSparrow was wrong. The WarSparrow is kinda "thin", but what I saw when I exported was wide, shaped quite differently. It turns out that there is a hidden part/mesh/whatever-the-heck-it's-called with the WarSparrow called "Col-1", which is a deformed sphere. THIS was what I was seeing when I exported to G3D. When I deleted Col-1 and then re-exported, THERE was the WarSparrow in (almost) all its glory!

That's great to hear. I wonder why I never saw it. I wonder if BraveTree modified the model slightly?Great to hear you figured it out.
